Mind & Body Transformation Program
12 Week Program
Mind and Body Transformation refers to the process of improving both mental and physical health through various practices such as exercise, meditation, therapy, and healthy eating habits. It can lead to increased energy, reduced stress, improved mood, better sleep, and a greater sense of well-being.
My fitness program encompasses a structured regimen consisting of five weekly workout sessions, each meticulously crafted to target specific muscle groups. During the initial four weeks, each session incorporates three sets of eight thoughtfully selected exercises, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful training experience. In the subsequent four weeks, we progress to four sets per exercise, and finally, during the last four weeks of the program, you will advance to five sets for each of the eight exercises. This twelve-week program is designed to prioritize muscle development while simultaneously facilitating body fat reduction.
The Mind and Body Transformation Program is not only a 12 week fitness program, it is a total mind & body makeover. I want to help you create new habits that will sustain a lifestyle bringing strength, mental clarity and well-being, joy, and peace.

The Summer Confident Challenge is a guide to get you ready for the summer. Unlike other programs, you will not be rewarding for losing pounds. Instead you will be following a six week exercise program, logging every workout and every meal. This 6-week weight loss challenge is based on compliance. By focusing on compliance, participants prioritize consistency and long-term success rather than short-term results.
The main goal of this challenge is to get you focused on new daily habits by eating healthy meals and creating a workout routine. When you comply with this challenge, you will naturally lose weight and look great while getting that SUMMER CONFIDENCE that you are looking for!
